┆ by commissioning me you agree to have read and agreed to my terms of service. i will blacklist anyone who has broken the rules and therefore won't be able to commission or interact with me in the future.

┆ i can decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable or if i am unable to do it due to any reason. if already paid, i will refund you fully.

┆ you are paying for a digital product that you will not receive in person ꒰have it shipped to you꒱.

┆ i have the right to post my artwork on my social media, however if there is a reason you would prefer me not to, please let me know.

꒰ delivery timeframe ꒱

┆ one commission takes me up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the commission type and complexity. if there is a reason it will take longer, i will let you know.

┆ i work on commissions one at a time. you can check the status of your commission on my website under the to-do section.

┆ i do not take rush fees as having to rush on a commission makes me extremely stressed. it can also compromise the quality of the work, so i please ask you to not rush me.

꒰ customer rights ꒱

┆ the customer is allowed to share / repost or use the art with proper credits !

┆ the customer is allowed to alter the art however they desire, but upon posting it I still expect to be credited for the original work.

┆ the customer is entitled to 2 major revisions ꒰ redrawing a certain part of the artwork, etc. ꒱ for free, after that it will be subject to a + 5 EUR fee. the revisions are free however, if there is a mistake on my part; or if you'd like slight changes, slight add ons. ꒰ such as changing a colour, adding tiny details like hearts, stars etc. ꒱

꒰ payment and refunds ꒱

┆ i accept payment through paypal invoices.

┆ i only accept EURO. please make sure you are paying in a correct currency.

┆ i will start working on commission once i have received the full payment ! i do not work before the payment went though and i also do not accept partial payments unless its a big payment. ꒰ 100 EUR or more ꒱

┆ i don't do refunds. ꒰unless i have a personal reason as to why i can't finish your commission, in which case you will be refunded fully.꒱

┆ commercial fees amount to 50% of the original price. if you wish to use the art commercially, please let me know before commissioning me.

i won't draw:

♡┆nsfw art
♡┆hate art
♡┆i don't work with ai references
♡┆fanart of any lolicon, shotacon media especially nek*para. that game is icky.
